This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for subscriptions purchased through our Service. We aim to offer a transparent and reasonable refund policy.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms described below.

Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to:

  • Paid subscriptions purchased through our website or application
  • Payments made via supported payment providers

Different refund handling may apply depending on the platform through which the purchase was made.

Free Trials

We offer free trial periods for eligible users with certain plans/offers. Full charges are not made until the trial ends, therefore, No refund is required. Once a paid subscription begins, the terms below apply.

You may see a small temporary charge associated with a free trial depending on the platform you use.

Refund Eligibility

Each and every customer is eligible for refund irrespective of the platform, seat-count, and offers applied until stated otherwise with the offering you choose.

You can cancel the subscription anytime and you will be refunded the pro-rated amount against the remaining time you already paid for.

Refunds are issued when:

  • You cancel a subscription,
  • You unsubscribe one or more seats,

Pro-Rated Refund Amount

Refunds are issued on a time-based pro-ration, subject to the following:

  • Charges are calculated based on the unused portion of the subscription period,
  • Transaction or payment processing charges are deducted,
  • Minimum refund amount of 0.05 USD,

You are not refunded for time or usage already incurred during the elapsed subscription period.

Transaction and/or Payment processing changes: As of now, we do not apply/deduct these charges against any refund, however we plan to deduct these charges from the pro-rated refund amount in future. This page will reflect this in-effect when we apply these charges.

Platform-Specific Refund Handling

Website Purchases (Razorpay)

For subscriptions purchased through our website using Razorpay:

  • Refunds are handled by us directly
  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary based on the payment provider

Google Play Purchases (Android)

For subscriptions purchased through Google Play:

  • Refunds are handled according to Google Play’s billing and refund policies
  • We may not be able to issue refunds directly
  • Users may need to request refunds through their Google Play account

How to get a Refund

Refunds are automatically processed i.e. we issue you a refund, if applicable, as soon as you cancel or downgrade your subscription.

It may take us up to 15 days to fully process your refund, and your bank may take 7 or more additional days depending on the bank to reflect the amount in your account.

Policy Updates

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

Any changes will be reflected in the published version of the policy, and continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
